BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservations can be made using the booking system on the website or by contacting Reception.
In order to finalize a reservation with instant confirmation on the hotel’s website, a valid credit card, legally held by the reservation holder, must be entered.
Payment of the accommodation and any additional costs will be made at the latest upon check-out on the day of departure. We reserve the right to charge the value of the accommodation upon check-in.
Reservations cannot be subsequently modified and the rate is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Reservations are automatically canceled without deposit and without further obligation in the following circumstances:

▪ in case of non-payment of the requested deposit on time;
▪ in case of force majeure on the part of the tourist or the establishment;
▪ in case of no show of the tourist for check-in by 18.00 on the scheduled day without notifying the reasons for the delay;
▪ in case of no response from the tourist within 48 hours of the reservation request.

Reservation/modification/cancellation requests sent to Reception are accepted throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 18:00. For individual bookings, we will confirm or deny availability in writing no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order. The confirmation is made by sending a form containing all the details of the reservation: unique confirmation number, name and surname of the reservation holder, period of accommodation, tariff, services included, method of payment. The tourist is responsible for checking the accuracy of the data entered in the booking confirmation.

Any subsequent changes to an already confirmed reservation will be accepted within the limit of the places available on the date the change is announced. In the event of overbooking, an attempt will be made to book another apartment to the same standard. For periods longer than 2 nights, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost of the accommodation at the time of booking or to guarantee the total amount with a credit card.

The apartment is available for the client from 15:00 (check-in) and will be vacated by 11:00 (check-out) at the latest.
Prices are displayed in LEI and payment is in national currency.
The minimum age for reserving an apartment is 18 years, minors must be accompanied by (an) adult(s).
Rooms cannot be equipped with extra beds.
We do not take reservations with pets.
Offers are subject to availability and vary depending on the type of apartment booked.
No parties or any other activities are allowed.
Reservations are made exclusively for tourism or business purposes.
The tourist is responsible for any damage caused or public disturbance.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

We ensure the confidentiality of data provided by customers. These data are used exclusively for the purpose for which they have been provided.
We reserve the right to keep customer contact information in our database in order to send them information and presentation of services, special offers, etc.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be made in writing and must be submitted during your stay. We will endeavor to deal with all requests in a timely manner.
Complaints made after check-out will not be considered.
