Reservations are automatically canceled without deposit and without further obligations in the following situations:

  • in the event of failure to pay the requested advance on time;
  • in case of force majeure on the part of the tourist or the establishment;
  • in case the tourist fails to check in by 18.00 on the day of check-in without giving reasons for the delay;
  • in case of no response from the tourist within 48 hours of the booking request.

Reservation/modification/cancellation requests sent to Reception are accepted throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 18:00. For individual bookings, we will confirm or deny availability in writing no later than 24 hours after receipt of your order. The confirmation is made by sending a form containing all the details of the reservation: unique confirmation number, name and surname of the reservation holder, period of accommodation, tariff, services included, method of payment. The tourist is responsible for checking the accuracy of the data entered in the booking confirmation. Any subsequent changes to an already confirmed reservation will be accepted within the limit of the places available on the date the change is announced. In the event of overbooking, an attempt will be made to book another apartment to the same standard. For periods longer than 2 nights, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost of the accommodation at the time of booking or to guarantee the total amount with a credit card.
